뉴스한입(이하 "서비스")는 공개된 뉴스를 요약한 YouTube Shorts 영상을 자동으로 제작하여 운영자 본인의 YouTube 채널에 업로드하는 자동화 도구 및 이를 소개하는 웹사이트(https://newsbite.mlab.page)입니다.
2. YouTube API 서비스 이용
본 서비스는 YouTube API 서비스를 사용합니다. 서비스를 이용하거나 서비스가 게시한 영상을 시청하는 것은 YouTube 서비스 약관에 동의하는 것으로 간주되며, Google의 개인정보 처리에는 Google 개인정보처리방침이 적용됩니다.
3. 수집·이용하는 정보
- 운영자 계정 정보: 영상 업로드를 위해 운영자 본인의 Google 계정으로 OAuth 인증을 받으며,
요청 권한은
youtube.upload(동영상 업로드) 하나뿐입니다. 발급된 인증 토큰은 암호화된 저장소(GitHub Actions Secrets)에만 보관되며 영상 업로드 외의 목적으로 사용하지 않습니다. - 업로드 기록: 업로드한 영상의 ID, 제목, 원문 뉴스 링크, 업로드 일시를 중복 방지와 웹사이트 목록 표시를 위해 저장합니다.
- 방문자 정보: 이 웹사이트는 회원가입·로그인 기능이 없으며, 방문자의 개인정보를 수집하지 않습니다. 자체 쿠키나 분석 도구를 사용하지 않습니다. 다만 호스팅 제공자(Cloudflare)가 보안 및 서비스 운영을 위해 IP 주소 등 기술 정보를 처리할 수 있으며, 이는 Cloudflare 개인정보처리방침을 따릅니다.
본 서비스는 다른 YouTube 사용자의 계정이나 데이터에 접근하지 않습니다.
4. 제3자 제공
수집한 정보를 판매하거나 제3자에게 제공하지 않습니다. 영상 제작 과정에서 다음 외부 서비스를 이용하며, 이들에게는 공개된 뉴스 제목·요약 및 대본 텍스트만 전달됩니다(개인정보 미포함).

5. 보관 기간 및 삭제
인증 토큰은 운영자가 권한을 철회하거나 서비스를 중단할 때 즉시 삭제합니다. 업로드 기록은 최근 500건까지만 보관합니다. Google 계정에 부여한 접근 권한은 언제든지 Google 보안 설정(타사 앱 액세스)에서 철회할 수 있습니다.

Overview
뉴스한입 ("the Service") is an automation tool that creates short news-summary videos from publicly available news and uploads them to the operator's own YouTube channel, together with this website (https://newsbite.mlab.page).
Use of YouTube API Services
The Service uses YouTube API Services. By using the Service you agree to be bound by the YouTube Terms of Service. See also the Google Privacy Policy.
Information we access, use and store
- Operator account: the Service authenticates only the operator's own Google account via OAuth with a single scope,
youtube.upload. The refresh token is stored in encrypted secrets (GitHub Actions Secrets) and used solely to upload videos. - Upload history: video ID, title, source news URL and upload time are stored to avoid duplicates and to list videos on this website.
- Website visitors: this site has no sign-in, sets no cookies of its own and uses no analytics. Our host, Cloudflare, may process technical data such as IP addresses for security and delivery under its privacy policy.
The Service does not access any other YouTube user's account or data.
Sharing
We do not sell or share personal information. Only public news headlines/summaries and script text (no personal data) are sent to Anthropic (script generation), Microsoft Edge text-to-speech (narration), Pexels (stock footage search) and Google/YouTube (upload).
Retention and deletion
Tokens are deleted immediately when access is revoked or the Service is discontinued. Upload history is limited to the latest 500 entries. You can revoke the Service's access at any time via the Google security settings page.
